We know our way around plants, and source only the best from the best suppliers in the region, then we deliver them to your home. Not sure how to take care of your Philodendron? Just leave us an email at info@dubainurseryllc.com and we will share all we know, so you can be the best plant person for your green friend.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. We offer free delivery for all orders above AED 150. For more details, please refer to the below shipping information.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, which you will be informed of in the event of significant delays beyond our control, such as in the case of high volume of orders.

We deliver to everywhere in the UAE. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the UAE.

You can pay for your order through debit or credit card, bank transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Yes, there is a minimum order value of AED 150. Any orders below AED 150 will be charged a delivery fee.

You can make a change to your order or cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. To make a change, please email us as soon as possible at info@dubainurseryllc.com Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make changes to an order placed over 48 hours prior. Please note, cancellations of purchases made under Same Day Delivery Service, or special offers for occasions such as Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc. will not be possible.

We take every effort to ensure that all our products are delivered to you carefully and in perfect condition. However, if something has gone wrong, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@dubainurseryllc.com , along with a clear photo of the damaged plant or product and we’ll take care of it.

We’re sorry if you’re not happy with your order. Please send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order at info@dubainurseryllc.com , and we’ll let you know how you can return it or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, we will refund you if all return conditions are met. Please note, cancellations of purchases made under special offers for occasions such as Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc. will not be possible.
