Watering:
Particularly if you’re using potting soil, philodendrons need to totally dry out between waterings.
Fertilizer:
Once they have consumed all the nutrients in their potting mix, potted houseplants have no natural mechanism to absorb nutrients. Because of this, indoor plants require routine fertilization with a nutrient-rich solution.
Re-potting:
If ‘Red Emerald’ Philodendron is too dense, it can be divided when repotting. It is recommended to divide the plant once every 3 years or so.
Temperature:
Red Emerald enjoys temperatures between 18 – 30°C.
